Meet Félix Cotto

Félix G. Cotto (Lic. # 9480) is a real estate broker and an active member of the Leasing Association of Puerto Rico, as well as the San Juan Board of Realtors. His formal education includes a Master degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Cotto was an officer in the US Army for four years. He continued in the Army Reserve where he retired, after 22 years of service, as a rank of major.

For 24 years, Cotto worked as a banking executive, where he became branch manager for Banco Popular and Banco Santander Puerto Rico. In the latter one, he reached the position as Assistant Vice President and Company Senior Manager, where he was free to attend the prospects and clients' commercial financing needs and generated sales volume surpassing $5,000,000.00 each.
